I started the sessions with low energy and deep exhaustion which made me very ill and unable to eat. The process was deeply clearing. Each session lifted me and brought me up to the next level of recovery.
I came to work with Kate on the suggestion of a friend. I was so appreciative of being able to receive help when the world was locked down. I was super ill, with what later transpired was Covid, although not the symptoms I was expecting from the news.
The sessions were deeply clearing. Old issues that have niggled in my mind and left a residue came up for clearing and I felt significantly better, amazingly so considering this is a hands off distant process.
