I was slightly skeptical at first, unsure how everything worked, but I took a leap of faith that somehow something would shake out. I now feel more clear-headed, goal oriented and hopeful! I look forward to each session!

Before working with Kate, I was in poor shape physically, emotionally, and mentally. I had a difficult time getting through every day. Seriously, I was napping once or twice a day. I had no energy and I was a major grump all the time, binged sweets and treated myself poorly.

Since beginning our sessions, we have worked on the Emotion Code as well as the Body Code, releasing many personal in-depth troubles. I was slightly skeptical at first, unsure how everything worked, but I took a leap of faith at the recommendation of a mutual friend that somehow something would shake out.

I’m not sure how to describe the experience. Sometimes it feels like an inner conversation, professional yet also safe and comforting. Other times when we focus on certain areas, I can feel things/energy/relief working their way out.

Since we started our work together, I have been able to bring notice to my own needs and focus more on my health including giving attention to my, at the time, undiagnosed and untreated sleep apnea. I also have begun a healthier eating regimen. It’s as though being conscious of these hidden issues that I didn’t realize had been badgering me had allowed room for growth and self-care in ways I had kind of given up on.

I have gained a shift in perspective and daily try to practice a gentler way of processing emotions and hurt. I am not perfect, and I don’t have all of my issues fixed. Kate has helped me see that this is normal. I am and will be okay. It is okay to have whatever feelings and its ok to have feelings about those feelings, but they need attention and not to be buried or trapped inside you.

Specifically speaking to my experience with Kate, she has been very flexible and understanding as far as scheduling. When we first started having our calls, I was inconsistent and forgetful. We had to reschedule many times and she was always very gracious to my mistakes in scheduling or absent mindedness.

I now feel clear headed, goal oriented and hopeful! I look forward to each session especially the beginning of each session. Kate leads a breathing exercise. It is very calming and comforting, honestly it feels like I’m giving myself a hug. Would I recommend Kate? Definitely!
